Do I have to apply?
Yes. It takes five minutes, a person reads every one, and we reply within a week either way.
What does it cost, and what am I paying for?
900 USD paid upfront for the four months, or four monthly payments of 300 USD (1,200 USD in total). Payment is due only once you are accepted, and applying is free.
That covers the whole programme: your named operator and the sessions, the GTM and funding work, Revise OS for twelve months, the grants engine, partner credits, and the introductions. The only other money that ever changes hands is a flat 3% on capital you raise through our network or grants we help you win.
Do you take equity?
No. Zero. Not now, not later, not through warrants. When we want equity in a member, Revise Angels invests real money in your round like any other investor, subject to our investment committee. We buy upside, we never take it as a fee.
Is there a success fee when I raise?
A flat 3%, and only on capital you raise through our network or grants we helped you win. Raise elsewhere and you pay nothing beyond the programme fee. If we do not deliver, we do not earn.
How long is the commitment?
The programme itself runs four months: two on go to market, two on funding. It sits inside a twelve-month agreement, which is how long your access to Revise OS lasts. After that you stay part of the alumni network.
Is it remote?
Yes. Workshops are live and online every week, so join what you need. Founders join from across Africa and beyond, and an introduction does not care which country you registered in.
Is the 100k USD investment guaranteed?
No, and be suspicious of anyone who guarantees you capital. Members become eligible for up to 100k USD in co-investment from Revise Angels, alongside your lead on the same terms, subject to our investment committee. We invest in a subset of members, and that selectivity is exactly why our yes means something.
